Warranty
American Fire Features sells all products with a manufacturer warranty unless otherwise specified. The warranty for a specific product may also be found on the product's web page. American Fire Features offers no warranty in place of the manufacturer warranty.
However, if you do need to fill out a warranty claim, American Fire Features will advocate for you and assist in the pre-processing of the claim to the manufacturer.
We ask that you reach out to us at info@americanfirefeatures.com and provide the common pieces of information that manufacturers require when processing warranty claims.
