Golden Designs is proud to offer the Soria Indoor Hybrid Sauna, featuring our PureTech Full Spectrum Infrared Technology and Harvia Traditional Stove heating options. The infrared and stove heating systems do not operate simultaneously, allowing you to choose your preferred method of heat therapy. When the benches are removed, the sauna converts into a yoga/stretching studio.

Constructed with the environment in mind, our saunas are made with reforested Canadian Hemlock planks that surpass industry standards, ensuring efficient heat retention, faster heating times, and reduced energy consumption.

Free Shipping to the west coast typically takes 3-5 business days, mid-west 10-12 business days, and east coast 14-16 business days.

Delivery Information:

All saunas are delivered curbside via an 18-wheeler or large semi-truck. The delivery team will not bring the sauna indoors but will leave it at the curb or the end of your driveway. Please inspect the outer packaging upon delivery.

• Appointment Required: The freight company will not deliver without first setting up an appointment. Customers can contact the freight carrier directly to expedite the appointment setup.
• Delivery Days: Deliveries are only made on weekdays.
• Time Windows: The freight company typically schedules deliveries within a 4-hour window.
• Advance Notice: You will be contacted 1-2 days prior to the scheduled delivery to confirm the appointment.

FAQs

• Will the Sauna Fit Through My Door?
  Yes, the sauna ships in multiple boxes that will fit through any standard-sized door. However, if you're bringing the sauna up or down stairs, check clearance, especially if there are turns in the stairs. All boxes are vertically strapped to a pallet for secure transport.
• What If I Have an Extra-Long Driveway or My Residence Isn't Accessible to an 18-Wheeler?
  In such cases, customers will need to meet the driver at the nearest accessible main road and transfer the sauna using a full-size pickup truck or SUV. The freight carrier provides a liftgate to assist with the transfer.

If your delivery location has remote access, long driveways, large or low-hanging trees, apartment complexes, stairs, or other challenges, please address these issues with us prior to shipping.

• Additional Assistance Required: Since this is a large item, please ensure you have additional assistance available on the day of delivery to help with the placement and unpacking of the sauna.
• Power Consumption:
  • 1-2 person saunas: 12-13 amps; 3+ person saunas: 15-16 amps

Dedicated Circuit/Breaker:

• Dedicated Circuit/Breaker: 8-person sauna: Requires 3 separate dedicated 240V / 30AMP  circuits and 3 dedicated 20-AMP wall outlets. 
• General Note: A dedicated circuit/breaker means the outlet is assigned to a specific breaker in the fuse panel. If a dedicated circuit cannot be installed, ensure no other devices are plugged into the same breaker while the sauna is in use.
• Important: Do not use extension cords, power bridges, or GFCI outlets with the sauna.
